Having trouble activating your EBT card to use your Pandemic EBT benefits? Follow these instructions.
If you believe you are eligible and did not receive a letter in the mail from DTA, call Project Bread's FoodSource Hotline (800) 645-8333.
Each eligible student will receive a total P-EBT benefit of $399. but it is coming in two issuances. You have only received the 1st issuance of benefits ($199 per student), keep the card for when the 2nd issuance of benefits ($199 per student) is re-loaded onto the card. We recommend you keep the card after you spend the second issuance of benefits as well, in the event P-EBT is reissued in the future.
Hang tight, it can take 10-14 days for the card to arrive. If after 14 days it still has not arrived, you can have a new card issued by having your case number ready and calling Project Bread's FoodSource Hotline, toll-free and confidential, at 1-800-645-8333. Monday-Friday: 8am-7pm. Saturday: 10am-2pm.
You can get your child's case number online by entering their EBT Card number, here.
It is possible it is still on it's way, but you can call the FoodSource Hotline and we can take your information to look into the issue, 1-800-645-8333. Monday-Friday: 8am-7pm. Saturday: 10am-2pm.

Call the number on the back of your EBT card to check, and if you have not gotten one, or both, please call the DTA Assistance Line: 877-382-2363 open 8:15 am to 4:45 pm.
