The Northeast Regional Anti-Hunger Network serves as the coalition of anti-hunger agencies from the seven states in the United States Department of Agriculture's Northeast region (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont ). NERAHN was created in 1996 with a two-fold mission:
» to reduce hunger by maximizing resources through collaborative efforts; and
» to work collectively to design and implement action on state, regional and national levels.
The Northeast Regional Anti Hunger Network is grateful to MAZON: A Jewish Response to Hunger and to the Food Research and Action Center, Inc for their continued financial support. NERAHN is administered by Project Bread.
