Join Project Bread and watch Chef Vanessa and Chef Ryan highlight the wonderful world of sauces, salad dressings and seasonings. In this class we cover a variety of techniques and applications including:

  • How to attain the proper ratio of oil, acid and other aromatic ingredients to making salad dressings. This process allows you to make your own creations full of flavor, without unnecessary preservatives and added sodium found commonly in bottled commercial dressings.
  • Create sauces with depth of flavor and teach you a few trouble free methods you can apply straight away. No fuss!
  • Craft your own tasty seasoning blends, pronounced in unique flavors. These blends can be used in a variety of ways from seasoning meats and roasted vegetables to much more.

In this session, participants will learn a variety of sauces, seasoning blends, and salad dressings with an emphasis on global tastes to bring exciting and bold flavors to your students.
