Come together with people across the state to help raise awareness about the Summer Eats program that provides kids in Massachusetts free meals all summer long in this week of events & actions.

As schools close for the summer, we want to ensure families know they can still access school meals at hundreds of locations across the statethrough the Summer Eats program. Meal Finder Map

It's going to be a fun day! Follow Project Bread’s Twitter for updates during Congressman Jim McGovern’s visits to meal sites in Spencer and Worcester.

Summer Eats Social Media Takeover Day

Join us in raising awareness on our Social Media Takeover Day! We've prepared a social media toolkit for you to easily post and spread the word to families that school is over, but free meals are not! 

Share the content provided, tag us @Project Bread, and feel free to share our content throughout the day as well to boost Summer Eats awareness and participation!

Cook with our Chefs Live

In celebration of Summer Eats Social Media Takeover Day, we're hosting a Cook With Our Chefs LIVE event to raise awareness about summer food insecurity and to promote the importance of Summer Eats and school meal nutrition. Join Project Bread's  Chef Vanessa and Chef Ryan on Thursday, July 15, at 12 pm, they'll be preparing some of our newest Summer Eats recipes
