Each spring, before The Walk for Hunger, we have a series of events to get ready for the big day! There is sign-painting, snack bag packing, trainings, and the Kickoff Breakfast. Check back here often for Volunteer opportunities and other activities as the first Sunday in May gets closer!

March 21		Walk for Hunger Kickoff Breakfast Help get The Walk for Hunger campaign underway! Visit www.projectbread.org/kickoff for more information.
March 21		Team Building Workshop Learn about putting together a Walk Team or share what you have learned over the years with new Team Leaders. Sign up here.
April 6		Sign Painting Event - Sorry, this event is full. Come join us in creating signs for the 2013 Walk for Hunger. You will be painting cardboard signs that will be put up along our Walk route!
April 27		Snack Bag Packing - Sorry, this event is full. Located in Boston at The Greater Boston Food Bank. Volunteer to pack snacks distributed to Walkers at the halfway point of the route. Must be at least 14 years-old to participate.
