More information about The Walk for Hunger
The 20-mile Walk route takes our participants through several Greater Boston neighborhoods, all of which have individuals and families who struggle with poverty and a lack of access to healthy food.
Walkers are invited to walk all or part of the 20-mile route. If you would prefer not to walk, we’re always looking for Volunteers who help us keep everything running smoothly, and keep our Walkers safe and happy.
While there is no required registration fee or fundraising minimum, we encourage each Walker to raise as much money as possible, and to encourage their friends, families, and co-workers to donate—or participate in the Walk themselves! Learn more about the history of the Walk.
We are proud to recognize our Heart & Sole participants, a special group of Walkers and Volunteers who pledge to raise at least $500 each to help those in need.
