Research & Publications

Project Bread is dedicated not only to feeding our hungry neighbors, but to conducting research and developing innovative ways to prevent hunger in Massachusetts, especially for children.

By partnering with institutions like the Harvard School of Public Health, Massachusetts General Hospital, Tufts University, and the Center for Survey Research at the University of Massachusetts-Boston, we discover need and develop guidelines to ensure hungry people in our state have easy access to the food they need and deserve.

Status Reports on Hunger in Massachusetts

For six years, Project Bread has produced the Status Report on Hunger in Massachusetts, the state’s annual report card on hunger.
