Spotlight On: Clement Thompson
Spotlight On: Farmer Dave

Clement Thompson works at Farmer Dave's in Dracut, MA, where people come from miles around to get fresh fruit and vegetables, including weekly CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) shares of delicious, in-season produce. Project Bread proudly supports the CSA program at the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, where local families can use their SNAP cards to purchase a subsidized weekly share of vegetables from Farmer Dave's, along side doctors, nurses, and other community members paying for full-priced shares.

Clement walks because he believes, "everyone deserves to eat farm-fresh, healthy food." He hopes many people get involved with the Walk this year because: "What Project Bread does might not be something you need or that helps you, but it helps others—and you never know when things might change for you, either. You can help a lot of people who just want to do good."
