Join Project Bread every Thursday in THE KITCHEN at Boston Public Market

Chef Vanessa LaBranche is in THE KITCHEN at the Boston Public Market every Thursday leading FREE cooking demonstrations.

Join Chef Vanessa as she creates simple yet mouth-watering dishes from the bounty of the season—on a budget every family can embrace.

Attendees will learn how to prepare easy, tasty recipes that do not require much time, skill, or money to prepare. Classes are FREE, open to all, and accessible by public transportation.

Each attendee will receive samples of the foods prepared during the session, recipe cards featuring the items taught, and a reusable shopping bag compliments of Capital One.

Check back each week to stay up-to-date on which recipes Chef Vanessa will be preparing each week and for the most accurate class schedule. Occassionally, class is canceled due to special events or holidays.
